Pastoral Care: Support for You

At our church, we are committed to caring for you and your family. Through our Pastoral Care services, you can request support in a variety of ways. Whether you're seeking prayer through our Prayer Chain, want to submit a prayer request via Anyone Pray, or would like a visit from our Care Ministry, we are here to walk alongside you. If you'd like to connect personally with one of our pastors, please call the church office. We're here to listen, pray, and offer support in whatever way we can.

Care Ministry

Our Visitation Ministry is here to provide care and connection, whether you're in the hospital, at home, or simply in need of a visit. If you or a loved one would like to receive a visit, please fill out the form and let us know how we can serve you.

Anyone Pray

If you need someone to pray with you at anytime, we have a 24-hour prayer line. Whether it’s a personal concern or something on your heart, this is a simple and confidential way to invite God’s presence into your situation. Simply call (226) 401-8927 and we will be honored to pray with you.

​Church Prayer Chain

When you submit a request to our Church Prayer Chain, it will be shared with our pastoral team, prayer team, and elders for united prayer.
